We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Quality Control Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Management System across the Health & Beauty division. This role oversees quality from incoming raw materials through final assembly and pack-out, ensuring every display shipped meets customer specifications, aesthetic standards, and regulatory requirements. This leader will drive Golden Sample and Limit Sample alignment, lead CAPA initiatives, and build a strong culture of quality across production floors and global manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the Quality Management System across extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly operations

  • Ensure alignment to Golden Samples and Limit Samples across all production runs and suppliers

  • Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives using structured root cause analysis

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards and inspection criteria

  • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements

  • Establish measurable quality metrics to reduce defects, scrap, and customer returns

  • Specify and validate quality requirements for incoming raw materials and suppliers

  • Oversee raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product audits

  • Lead and develop a team of quality auditors and production supervisors

  • Standardize inspection procedures and ensure consistency across shifts and global production partners

  • Maintain quality documentation, sampling plans, and reporting systems

  • Prepare and present data-driven quality performance reports to senior leadership

  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field

  • Previous Quality Control Management experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong process auditing and root cause analysis skills

  • Experience implementing and managing CAPA systems

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes including extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly

  • Ability to establish and monitor measurable quality KPIs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems

  • Experience with sampling procedures, quality data reporting, and inspection standards

  • Munsell Color Test (or equivalent)

  • Basic gage usage and measurement tools knowledge

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
