Quality Control Manager

Own and lead the Quality Management System across extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly operations

Ensure alignment to Golden Samples and Limit Samples across all production runs and suppliers

Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives using structured root cause analysis

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards and inspection criteria

Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements

Establish measurable quality metrics to reduce defects, scrap, and customer returns

Specify and validate quality requirements for incoming raw materials and suppliers

Oversee raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product audits

Lead and develop a team of quality auditors and production supervisors

Standardize inspection procedures and ensure consistency across shifts and global production partners

Maintain quality documentation, sampling plans, and reporting systems

Prepare and present data-driven quality performance reports to senior leadership

Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field

Previous Quality Control Management experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong process auditing and root cause analysis skills

Experience implementing and managing CAPA systems

Knowledge of manufacturing processes including extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly

Ability to establish and monitor measurable quality KPIs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems

Experience with sampling procedures, quality data reporting, and inspection standards

Munsell Color Test (or equivalent)

Basic gage usage and measurement tools knowledge

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
