Position Summary:
As a Truck Driver, you will play a key role in transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. You’ll work closely with the landscaping team to ensure timely deliveries and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks to transport landscaping materials (soil, gravel, sod, plants, etc.) and equipment between sites.
Load and unload materials and assist the crew when needed.
Conducted daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate delivery records and follow assigned routes.
Comply with all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
Provide support to the landscaping team as required on job sites.
Qualifications:
Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Air Brake endorsement an asset).
Previous driving experience is preferred (construction/landscaping experience is an asset).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
