Job Description

Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Language Services assists in scheduling of interpreters in response to patient needs, manages the schedule, maintains records, and the certification process. This role is also responsible for orientation/onboarding of new interpreters and supporting various parts of the day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Three years registration, coordination, scheduling, project planning, and/or working in a medical office.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Desired:
  • One year scheduling in EPIC.
  • Associate Degree
