Lifeguard

Forest Hills Country Club is seeking responsible and attentive Lifeguards to ensure the safety and enjoyment of members and guests at our pool facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, alert, and committed to maintaining a safe aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
   
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations
   
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR as needed
   
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck
   
• Provide excellent member service and maintain a professional appearance
  

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification (e.g., American Red Cross or equivalent)  
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification  
• Strong swimming skills and rescue techniques  
• Ability to remain alert in a fast-paced environment  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented  

Preferred Skills

• Previous lifeguard or aquatic experience  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
