Status: Full-Time, Permanent, Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between all Garden State Medical Center locations in New Jersey to provide consistent patient support and assistance
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of clinical areas at each location
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support administrative duties as needed, including inventory management and supply stocking

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in multiple locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within New Jersey and adapt to different clinical environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
