Title: REMOTE HOME DIALING AGENT - Work from Home!!!

Shifts: Day Shift and Night Shift with Weekend availability; Full-Time 

Schedule:

Day Shift: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary

Night Shift: 4:30 pm – close, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary

Compensation: $10-12/hour

Overall Position Summary: Home Dialing Agent

Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat.

Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner.

Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent reading skills

Pleasant phone voice

Functional computer skills

Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus

Computer Requirements:

Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices)

Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability.

High-Speed Internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps.

Must have a quiet workspace.
