Answering Service (Call Center Operator)

JOB FAIR - February 25th 10:00am - 3:00pm

Do you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment? Are you confident handling high call volumes while staying calm, professional, and detail-focused? We’re looking for dependable Customer Service Representatives who take pride in delivering exceptional service on every interaction.


In this role, you will primarily support one designated industry while handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and occasional web chat, SMS, and email support. You’ll also assist with overflow accounts as needed to ensure seamless coverage for our clients.


We support a wide range of industries,, including Medical, Real Estate, Legal & Finance, Technology & Security, Contractors, and Business Services — and every call represents a client who relies on us for professionalism and accuracy.


Pay: $15.50 per week
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time openings available

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism
  • Follow call scripting while maintaining a natural, customer-focused conversation
  • Accurately document detailed messages and call notes in multiple systems
  • Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations and client lead follow-ups
  • Meet performance metrics, including quality scores, handle time, and availability
  • Maintain focus and productivity in a structured call center environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in message-taking
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to remain patient and composed under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
