 Turbare Manufacturing, a leading 503B sterile compounding facility dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales and customer experience teams and drive incremental business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of growth and expansion in sales and customer experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and customer experience teams to ensure high performance and professional development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ophthalmological societies, and other key clients.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate and expand new markets.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer care teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform and implement successful sales strategies.

- Prepare sales forecasts, data trends, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.

- Represent Turbare Manufacturing at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and other key business meetings.

Requirements:

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.

- Proven success in selling pharmaceutical, healthcare, or sterile compounding products.

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of FDA regulations, 503B compounding standards, and healthcare industry dynamics, preferred.

- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
