Key Responsibilities & Achievements

Manage daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense report audits for high-volume transactions.

Lead, train, and mentor AP staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Develop and enforce AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and improve vendor satisfaction.

Implement process automation tools, reduce manual workload and payment cycle times.

Prepare AP aging reports, reconciliations, and month-end close activities to support accurate financial reporting.
