A Ray of Sunshine Home Care is currently seeking four reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide full-time care coverage for a long-term client in the Fortville, Indiana area.
Position Overview
This position involves providing total personal care support for an adult client with complex medical needs in a home setting. Caregivers must be dependable, attentive to hygiene needs, and comfortable working with medical equipment under established care plans.
Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide total care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Maintain client cleanliness and skin integrity through routine hygiene care
Monitor and maintain dry and clean environment
Perform basic dressing changes as outlined in care plan
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Accurately document care provided
Obtain responsible party signature at shift completion
Communicate any changes or concerns to supervision promptly
Schedule
Full-time hours available
Consistent weekly scheduling
Multiple caregiver positions available to ensure reliable coverage
Requirements
Experience with total care clients preferred
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
Professional, respectful, and patient-centered approach
Must meet all AROSHC hiring and compliance requirements
