Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead      Generation & Qualification:

Identifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on leads. Forwarding leads to outside sales teams.

  • Client      Engagement:

Communicating with customers via phone, email, and video calls to understand their needs and present solutions.  

  • Sales      Presentations & Negotiations:

Having knowledge of products or services, addressing customer concerns, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. 

  • Relationship      Building:

Developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster long-term business. 

  • Order      Processing & Management:

Processing customer orders, managing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. 

  • Record      Keeping:

Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions and deal details.

  • Excellent      Communication Skills: Ability to effectively      communicate both verbally and in writing. 
  • Strong      Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen to      customer needs and concerns. 
  • Persuasion      & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade      customers and negotiate deals effectively. 
  • Problem-Solving      Skills: Ability to identify and resolve      customer issues efficiently. 
  • Computer      Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and      other relevant software. 
  • Sales      Experience: Experience in sales, preferably in      an inside sales environment serving building material and/or marine      contractor-based businesses.  Will train for right candidate.
