Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Muskegon is growing our in-house collision center and is looking for experienced Flat-Rate Body Shop Technicians who want steady work, fair estimates, and a shop that respects skilled technicians.

🔧 Responsibilities
Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
Panel replacement, metal repair, and refinishing preparation
Proper use of frame machines, measuring systems, and shop tools
Work closely with estimators and parts to drive efficient cycle times
Maintain dealership standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Follow OEM and manufacturer repair procedures
✅ Qualifications
Previous flat-rate body shop / collision technician experience
Ability to flag hours efficiently while maintaining quality
Frame & structural repair experience strongly preferred
I-CAR certifications preferred (not required)
Valid driver’s license
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
