As a host, you’ll be the first face our guests see and the energy they feel when they walk through the doors. In a space built for celebration, connection, and glamour, your presence sets the tone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our table management system
• Coordinate table flow and communication between front- and back-of-house
• Stay calm under pressure during high-volume peak periods
• Make guests feel seen, valued, and excited to be part of the experience
• Support special seating requests, large parties, and guest recovery with grace
• Keep the host stand organized, polished, and guest-ready at all times
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous experience as a host in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred
• A polished, composed, and welcoming presence — even when it’s busy
• Strong communication and organization skills
• The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A guest-first mindset and natural hospitality instincts
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
