About this position
Description:
1. Work & Schedule all production teams (AVL) for services and events. Includes but not limited to: - The Bridge
- Women’s Bible Study
- Thursday Service
- Sundays
- Seasonal Events (on and off site)
- Special Events
2. Manage Capo Beach AVL maintenance for all ministries. Includes by not limited to: - Sanctuary / Worship Center
- Cafe / Lobby
- Next Gen Ministries
3. Prepare ProPresenter for Thursday & Sunday services.
4. Lead AVL installations, reconfigurations and maintenance projects in the Sanctuary / Worship Center.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of audio, video and lighting.
- Must be personable and have great interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and administratively capable.
- Must know how to recruit and develop volunteers.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
