As a Rental Agent, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with, helping them select the right vehicle and services while delivering a friendly and efficient rental experience that keeps them coming back.

What You'll Do

Assist customers with the rental process from start to finish
Utilize proven sales techniques and SOE-driven service standards to recommend upgrades, protections, and additional services
Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service
Accurately process rental transactions using our computer systems
Work as part of a team focused on sales performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency

Experience in the car rental, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service industries is helpful but not required.
