Job Description:
Williams Executive Search is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee executive search operations. You’ll strategically manage candidate sourcing processes, ensuring delivery of highly qualified executive candidates who match client needs and culture.

Responsibilities:

Lead talent acquisition strategy for senior executive roles.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to understand specific hiring objectives.
Oversee candidate vetting and assessment, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the recruiting team.
Track and report on recruiting metrics and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
5+ years in talent acquisition, executive search preferred.
Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and talent management.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
