Job Title: OCS Coordinator

Location: Temple, TX

Reports To: Distribution Supervisor


**Typing & Data Entry Experience Required**


Primary duties will include:

Prepare and process products for shipment, working to ensure all orders are filled correctly.

Determine which delivery services each order requires.

Keep records of shipments and file packing slips.

Enter data such as addresses, quantities, and weights to complete the paperwork necessary for shipping.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Set the highest ethical standards for self and others.

Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of related experience

Must be computer literate and have average typing skills

Must have the basic understanding of logistics (BOL, Labels, etc.)

Must be able to match the BOL with the product (understand the BOL)

Must be able to multi-task

Strong attention to detail

Must wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Must have reliable transportation

Must be willing and able to work overtime as required


Preferred education:

High School diploma is preferred, GED required.

We will consider additional experience in lieu of diploma.


The essential physical & environmental requirements of the position are:

Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment, heat and cold.

Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Ability to stand prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Ability to hear sounds and differentiate between them.

Ability to visually understand distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and have color vision.
