The Senior Associate, Analytics position will play a critical role in developing data acquisition methods and visualizations that enable data-informed decision-making and operational insights across the firm. The ideal candidate combines technical analytics expertise with strong business acumen to support investment and operational strategies.
Requirements:What You'll be Doing:
- Aggregate, organize, and transform data from multiple platforms and systems to develop or improve model accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformation layers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain QlikSense dashboards and reports to visualize performance and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and calibrate business and forecasting models to support operational planning and executive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with portfolio company executives and directors to ensure analytics are accurate, comprehensive, and focused on value creation. Identify and track key operational drivers and maintain KPI reporting.
- Support monthly operating reviews by analyzing financial and operational trends and highlighting insights.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses across departments and present findings clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics outputs with business priorities and promote data-driven practices across teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or Economics).
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Qlik is required. Experience developing Qlik applications, data models, and visualizations is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with other analytics tools or programming languages.
- Experience applying quantitative and statistical methods to solve business problems.
- Ability to communicate technical analysis clearly to senior management and non-technical audiences.
- Strong financial and accounting acumen, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
