Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve Mexican beverages such as aguas frescas, fruit-based drinks, and other traditional refreshments.
Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing, cutting, and organizing fruits and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage area, equipment, and utensils.
Refill supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure continuous service.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions about drink options.
Support the team during high-demand periods by preparing batches and restocking items.
