About the Role:
The Dispatcher is a key part of our operations team, responsible for assigning technician jobs, monitoring service requests, and maintaining clear, organized schedules. Reporting directly to Director of Operations, this role ensures afternoon and evening operations are executed cleanly and all field managers are aligned for the following day.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy; experience with ShopMonkey or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination experience preferred.
- Effective communicator and strong collaborator.
- Reliable and able to manage late-day coverage with limited supervision.
- Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite, and internal communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Assign technicians to work orders in ShopMonkey based on skill set, availability, and geography.
- Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely responses and dispatches.
- Ensure technician schedules align with customer Pre-Loadout windows.
- Coordinate with Field Managers, Parts Dispatchers, and Technicians to ensure job readiness.
- Submit a daily End of Day (EOD) report to all Field Managers
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and last-minute changes in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, consistent weekly technician schedule that supports early-morning deployment.
