Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior counselors in supervising and engaging campers in daily activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Lead and participate in camp activities, games, and outings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers
- Support campers with their needs and encourage teamwork and friendship
- Follow camp policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Previous experience in camp, childcare, or related activities is a plus
- Ability to handle outdoor environments and physical activities
