Your Mission:

As a Partner Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting DriveCentric's strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs, vendors, and technology partners. You will manage day-to-day partner relationships, assist in executing partnership initiatives, and ensure that OEM and partner programs are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable value. A key part of this role involves supporting the DriveCentric Partner API program, including partner onboarding, subscription and billing coordination, troubleshooting integration issues, and serving as the operational liaison between partners and internal teams.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with strong operational and relationship management skills who is eager to expand their knowledge in the automotive technology ecosystem, develop familiarity with API-driven partner integrations, and grow into more senior program management, partnership, or business development roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Support & Execution

    • Manage the full-cycle relationship with OEMs, vendors, and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication and coordination

    • Support the execution of partnership initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, certifications, and data-sharing programs

    • Prepare and maintain partnership documentation, agreements, and reports to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) to ensure partner requirements are understood and delivered on time

  • Account Management

    • Monitor partner performance and key metrics, ensuring deliverables and service-level expectations are met

    • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on partnership activities, project status, and results

  • Market & Product Awareness

    • Stay informed on automotive industry trends, OEM program requirements, and competitive developments

    • Share market insights and partner feedback with the Product and Engineering teams to help shape product enhancements and partnership strategy

  • Partner API Program Support

    • Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process for the DriveCentric Partner API, coordinating access provisioning, subscription setup, and billing across internal teams

    • Own subscription and billing operations for the Partner API program, including tracking active subscriptions, managing renewals, and coordinating with Finance on invoicing and usage reporting

    • Serve as the first point of contact for partner-reported integration issues, triaging problems and coordinating with Engineering and Support teams to drive resolution

    • Maintain and help improve partner-facing API documentation, onboarding guides, and support resources in collaboration with Product and Engineering

    • Track and report on API partner adoption metrics, usage trends, and support volume to identify areas for program improvement

    • Gather and relay partner feature requests and integration feedback to Product to inform API roadmap priorities

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-years of experience in program management, partnerships, vendor relations, or partner operations - preferably in automotive technology, SaaS, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across internal teams and external partners

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn

API & Technical Awareness:

  • General understanding of what APIs are and how they enable integrations between software platforms; you don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs with both partners and engineering teams

  • Experience managing subscription, billing, or licensing operations for a technology product or partner program

  • Comfortable serving as a liaison between non-technical partners and engineering team, able to translate partner-reported issues into clear problem descriptions and relay technical updates back in business terms

  • Experience with issue tracking, escalation workflows, and cross-functional coordination to resolve partner-facing problems
