About this position
Responsible for managing customer interactions related to the company’s products and services. This role will ensure accurate and timely order entry while maintaining the ERP system (NetSuite). The individual will also play a key role in identifying and implementing strategies to enhance service levels and drive efficiency across the organization.

• Create and maintain accurate customer records and track and report on customer shipments. • Process Repair and Advance Exchange Orders in the ERP system daily, following defined procedures • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. • Monitor ongoing project activities and provide status updates and presentations to internal and external stakeholders as required. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different roles and departments. • Demonstrated ability to work with employees within different roles • Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
