Responsible for providing assistive monitoring of telephone triage processes to ensure efficient and timely patient care. A team based approach fostered with the ability to understand, utilize and organize workload for optimal job performance.Essential Duties: Daily monitoring of telephone triage processesAssist with development of and implementation of telephone triage reports to improve quality triage processes and measuresMonitoring of telephone triage productivity/quality reports and performing periodic audits in collaboration with other JMA Nursing Supervisors and Team LeadsFacilitate and attend meetings, as needed, internal and external to provide oversight and leadership for telephone triage processesAppropriate communication and follow up with the after-hour triage service and answering service, as neededAssistive oversight and proper training of qualified telephone triage nurses and processesCompetitive Compensation and Excellent Benefits to include: Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, PTO and 401k.JMA Pediatrics conducts criminal background checks on all applicants prior to hire.
