Workforce Specialist

CSO, an innovative non-profit, has a full-time opening for an EARN Program Workforce Specialist at the PA CareerLink® Mifflin Counties. This position provides daily oversight of client participation and attendance for a comprehensive employment and training program. Must be able to work with a diverse population, conduct workshops and manage a large case load along with some transporting of clients.  A Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience. A valid PA driver’s license, Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances required. Equal opportunity employer.
