Position Summary:Provides support to operations by performing tasks related to scale and utility duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform first hour duties including, but limited to:
- Organize package area
- Order any supplies needed if not fork-lift qualified
- Take daily samples to the lab with labels on red tags if on night shift
- Scale finished product as needed
- Build pallets
- Run off scrap in scrap area
- Remove scrap spools from skids and stack
- Assist Group Leader as needed
- Maintain perimeter housekeeping
- Follow all safe work instructions and company policies and procedures
- All other work-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle stress
- Must be fork-lift qualified
- Basic computer skills
- Basic reading, writing and math
- Must be able to master the skills required
Qualifications Desired:
- Magnet Wire Experience
Schedule: 12-Hour Shift on 2-2-3 rotation with 6-week swing from days to nights
Pay: starting at $23.50/hour

Physical Demand and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the manufacturing site including high temperatures. The noise level in the work environment may be loud.
