Sales Advisor

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping homeowners? We’re looking for a Roofing Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing team in the roofing and home services industry. This is an outside full commission sales opportunity, where you’ll work independently, meet customers face-to-face, and follow a proven sales process that sets you up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners about their roofing needs
• Daily field visits to customer homes
• Climb ladders for roof inspections (as needed)
• Use your smartphone to take high-quality inspection photos
• Manage your schedule and time efficiently
• Follow our successful, structured sales process

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales experience in roofing or home services
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door (D2D) and outside sales
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Ability to safely climb ladders and perform on-site inspections
• Basic tech skills (CRM, mobile apps, photo documentation)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Acculynx CRM
• Prior outside sales or D2D sales experience
• Familiarity with roofing terminology and product knowledge
