Are you ready to take the reins and lead a team in a dynamic, impactful environment? Were seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites units, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operations while supporting employees and the individuals we serve.

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate and oversee all individual moves within the unit
• Serve as a core member of the treatment team, documenting and reporting all incidents in accordance with facility policy
• Ensure team members complete safety and sanitation inspections of all individuals served rooms and address concerns promptly
• Monitor system to maintain compliance and implement necessary measures
• Respond to individuals served concerns and provide clear communication and support
• Prepare operational reports, maintain logs, and support program operations
• Supervise and evaluate assigned employees, ensuring training and scheduling needs are met
• Actively participate in department meetings, committees, and workgroups

What Were Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 5+ years in a secure, residential, or similar setting or a bachelors degree may substitute for up to 3 years of experience (required)
• Licenses/Certifications: Any client-mandated certifications or training
