Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference Become Our Next Unit Manager!
Are you ready to take the reins and lead a team in a
dynamic, impactful environment? Were seeking a Unit Manager to oversee
the day-to-day operations of our sites units, ensuring safety, compliance, and
smooth operations while supporting employees and the individuals we serve.
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate
and oversee all individual moves within the unit
- Serve
as a core member of the treatment team, documenting and reporting all
incidents in accordance with facility policy
- Ensure
team members complete safety and sanitation inspections of all individuals
served rooms and address concerns promptly
- Monitor
system to maintain compliance and implement necessary measures
- Respond
to individuals served concerns and provide clear communication and support
- Prepare
operational reports, maintain logs, and support program operations
- Supervise
and evaluate assigned employees, ensuring training and scheduling needs
are met
- Actively
participate in department meetings, committees, and workgroups
What Were Looking For:
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience:
5+ years in a secure, residential, or similar setting or a bachelors
degree may substitute for up to 3 years of experience (required)
- Licenses/Certifications:
Any client-mandated certifications or training
