About Foxleigh Mine: Foxleigh Mine is located 15km south of Middlemount and approx. 275km northwest of Rockhampton. The mine is in its 25th year of operation producing premium PCI metallurgical coal for use in steel manufacturing. The opportunity:We are seeking a Mining Supervisor with OCE qualifications, who cares about their team, achieving results and the success of Foxleigh Coal.The role is a Full Time Permanent Position, working a 7/7 Day Night Roster.As the Mining Supervisor you will be responsible for:Leading and mentoring a crew of operators to deliver the plan and build a positive caring culture.Ensure the work area and mining activities are conducted in accordance with the sites safety and health system.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.About you: Open Cut Examiner qualifications.Leadership experience within the mining environment.Experience operating and/or supervising heavy earthmoving equipment.Effective communicator.An individual who genuinely cares about the people you work with and has an ingrained passion to safely achieve or surpass pre-set production goals and targets.What else we offer: A competitive salary package with Residential / DIDO options, camp accommodation or housing for residential options, located at Middlemount.You will become an integral member of an experienced team with an inclusive and caring culture.
