What You’ll Do:
As the Housing Manager, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers, maintenance, and security staff to ensure our employee housing is clean, safe, and community-focused. You’ll oversee daily operations, respond to resident concerns, and help build a positive housing culture through inspections, events, and responsive service.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Supervising housing operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and security
Conducting regular inspections to ensure readiness and cleanliness
Responding to resident needs and promoting community engagement
Ensuring health, safety, and code compliance
Organizing housing events to foster connection and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
Supervisory experience (required)
Background in housing, facilities, or hospitality required
Maintenance Technician experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable with light maintenance and safety protocols
Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office and housing logs
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to be on-call during peak season
