We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to oversee financial management, sales tax compliance, human resources, and staff supervision. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
Oversee large volume payables and receivables using QuickBooks Desktop.
Ensure accurate accounting practices across multiple locations.
2. Sales Tax Compliance:
Manage sales tax calculations and filings for various jurisdictions.
Stay updated on tax regulations to ensure compliance.
3. Human Resources:
Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration.
Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding HR policies.
4. Staff Management:
Directly manage a small team of 2 employees.
Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
5. Organizational Skills:
Implement systems to ensure efficient workflow and organization.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Required Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and financial software.
Strong understanding of sales tax regulations.
Experience in HR management and employee benefits.
