Northside Medical Center, PLC in Ortonville, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team. Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management and prenatal care in coordination with Physician staff.

· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.

Qualifications:

For FNP Candidates:

· Masters degree from an accredited nursing and nurse practitioner program.

· Current RN and APNP licenses in Minnesota and must obtain South Dakota.

· National NP certification.

For PA Candidates:

· Graduate of an accredited PA program.

· Current PA certification by NCCPA.

· Licensure by the Minnesota and must obtain South Dakota Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Requirements:

· Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/primary care preferred. Emergency medicine a plus but not required.

· DEA certification or eligibility.

· BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation).

· DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

· EPIC EMR experience desirable (training available).
