Leasing Consultant for Central Office

This role blends sales, customer service, and property operations, making it perfect for someone who loves closing deals while delivering standout service.
What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines of our communities—connecting with prospects, supporting residents, and driving leasing success.
Your responsibilities include:
Proactively generate leasing leads through:
Cold calling
Community outreach
Direct marketing and literature distribution
Conduct engaging property tours and follow up with prospective residents
Lease and pre-lease apartment homes, including completing all required legal documentation
Partner with the Property Manager to meet rental targets and occupancy goals
Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Stay informed on market trends and competing properties
Maintain accurate records and data in leasing and CRM systems
Apply Federal and State Fair Housing regulations consistently and correctly
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
1–3 years of leasing or sales experience (customer service experience strongly valued)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Skills That Set You Apart
Strong sales and closing abilities
Clear, confident communication and strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented with paperwork, compliance, and procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience is a plus

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Willingness to travel between properties as needed
