R&D Engineer

The R&D Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products, technologies, or processes. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into manufacturable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new products, materials, or technologies
• Design, prototype, and test solutions to meet technical requirements
• Analyze experimental data and document results
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams
• Improve existing products through design optimization
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations
• Familiar with agency listing certs, UI, NSF, Intertek

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  or related field
• 2+ years of R&D or product development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD tools, testing methods, or simulations
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
