Job Description:

This role works closely with the Investor Relations and Operations team to support investor communications, reporting, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating investor outreach and due diligence requests while supporting subscription and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with capital formation and investor relations efforts across all stages of the fundraising lifecycle

Support the subscription process, including AML documentation, Blue Sky and Form D filings, and completion of subscription materials

Assist with meeting coordination and scheduling, attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups

Support the preparation, tracking, and distribution of investor reports, updating marketing materials and due diligence questionnaires, and coordinating distribution

Maintain and enhance the CRM database, ensuring investor and prospect records are accurate and up to date

Respond to and help prepare ad-hoc investor requests

Support internal projects and key team initiatives as needed

Assist with day to day operational activities, including counterparty onboarding and relationship management

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (junior or senior preferred) in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Strong interest in capital markets, hedge funds, and investor relations

Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client facing mindset

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CRM
