About this position

As we continue to scale our e-commerce and display business, we’re looking for a Director of Pricing & Profitability to own our margin optimization roadmap, owning how we price products and charge for shipping while simultaneously driving fulfillment and delivery cost improvements through operational analyses and projects.

This leader will be responsible for managing both commercial and operational trade-offs spanning pricing strategy and cost-to-serve optimizations – improving and balancing speed, reliability, quality, and profitability as the business scales and evolves  This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, operations analytics, cost optimizations, and cross-functional project execution—ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and impact.  

This role is based in Fall River, MA and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

Own Pricing Strategy & Execution

Lead end-to-end pricing strategy for products and outbound shippingDefine how we charge customers for shipping with our evolving freight and supply chain landscapeEvaluate pricing and freight performance through margin, conversion, and customer experience lensesPartner closely with Finance to ensure pricing decisions support P&L targets and forecasts

Drive Profitability & Cost-to-Serve Insights

Analyze and optimize key operational cost drivers, identifying actionable cost improvement opportunitiesBuild and own models that quantify unit economics by product, channel, and fulfillment methodOwn damage, defects, and delivery quality metrics, leading root-cause analysis and cross-team improvement effortsManage trade-offs across speed, reliability, and cost to inform lead time, fulfillment, inventory, and carrier strategy

Lead Cross-Functional Operations Projects and Strategy

Partner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Technology teams on initiatives related to supply chain network design and fulfillment strategySupport major system implementations and optimizations (WMS, ERP, TMS) Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on margin optimization and scalability

Develop & Empower Your Team

Lead and grow a small, high-impact teamSet the standard for analytical rigor, insight generation, and decision-makingSupport executive reporting, business reviews, target setting, and ongoing performance management

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or related field6+ years of experience in pricing, operations analytics, supply chain strategy, or related roles (e-commerce or DTC strongly preferred)Demonstrated ownership of pricing and/or margin-driven decisionsStrong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment operations and cost-to-serve economicsProven people leadership experience, including hiring and developing talentExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendationsAn ownership-driven, customer-first mindset

Monday through Friday - 8 hour days

Salary Information

$135000.0 - $155000.0 Annual Salary
