Position Summary
• Load products and unload onto designated transportation modes (ie. trailers, containers, etc.) per schedule and maintain accuracy within inventories and required documentation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• Ability to learn a variety of tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attendance record
Duties/Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Enter, correct, and verify data on the computer.
• Inspect/record incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects.
• Maintain clean and organized internal/external warehouse areas.
• Manage shipping & receiving paperwork.
• Record and track material test reports.
• Perform cycle counts as scheduled.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintaining fire extinguishers/ fire exits in warehouse & Freezer area meeting OSHA.
• Operate forklift to assist Warehouse Operators.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31–50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to use a ladder, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Able to navigate and access all facilities.
• Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
• Close vision for computer-related activities.
• Forklift experience.
Physical Demands
• Always required to see with or without corrective lenses.
• Always required to sit, stand or walk.
• Frequently required to utilize fine motor coordination in hands and arms.
• Regularly required to climb stairs.
• Occasionally required to balance, stoop or crouch. Work in a -15° environment.
Work Environment
Occasionally exposed to a variety of temperatures, weather conditions, and sound levels.
Occasionally exposed to hazardous conditions requiring personal protective equipment.
Regularly required to participate in Planning Meetings, Executive Staff Meetings and General Staff Meetings.

Monday -Friday. 7am
May have to work some Saturdays to make sure we are ahead of schedule.
Most days are 10hrs a day.
Sometimes might have to stay longer.
