Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, which will begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in March of 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. The Role
The Ticket Operations Coordinator will play an instrumental role in the revenue generation and overall development of the ticketing department. The position will assist with customer service items, guest relocations, ticket sales, internal ticket distribution, inventory management, assisting customers and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboratively work with ticket sales leadership to assist with overall ticket sales strategy including pricing, inventory management, market management, and forecasting
- Assist with execution of all ticketing initiatives including but not limited to: manifest creation, inventory management and event builds, stadium access, digital ticketing
- Partner with Director, Ticket Operations to identify, prioritize, and evaluate new strategic ticketing initiatives and opportunities
- Main point of contact for match-day ticketing problem-solving
- Administer efficient, accurate, and timely reporting related to sales and budget
- Assist in the distribution of all pertinent ticketing policy communications & updates
- Work with ticketing leadership team and marketing teams to find new revenue streams and fan segments through analyzing market trends
- Oversight of ticket platform training for staff
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in ticket operations at professional or collegiate level preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, revenue-driven environment
- Organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations & information with other diverse cultures or backgrounds
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including but not limited to all home games and team events that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Experience in ticket event building and inventory management
- Willingness to navigate and resolve problems with efficient and effective resolutions
- Attention to detail and accuracy

The pay range for this role is:
59,000 - 62,000 USD per year(Boston, MA)
