Job Title: Wealth Management Program Coordinator - FT - Chatsworth
Overview:
This credit union employed position is responsible for scheduling appointments for members with the wealth management representatives, marketing the wealth management program to the credit union employees and members, as well as performing administrative functions and client service in support of the wealth management program.
What You Will Do:
- Provides administrative support for wealth management program. This may include creating memos/correspondence, managing calendars, phone coverage, client servicing, running reports, ordering supplies, as well as creating and maintaining client contact information.
- Markets the wealth management program to both credit union employees and members by assisting with seminar preparation. This may include assembling seminar packets, making room arrangements, keeping lobby materials well supplied and current, coordinating mailings and making outbound phone calls.
- Schedules appointments with members and the wealth management program representatives
- Supports the success of the program by coordinating and tracking referrals, conducting training with credit union employees on program processes and pulling program reporting.
- Supports Compliance initiatives by maintaining confidential member information, submitting marketing for compliance review, and maintaining accurate client profile information.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision, identifying opportunities for improvements to processes.
- Provides support for operations of the Insurance Services Department.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with and understanding of the investment products sold and the terminology used in the industry.
- High school diploma required.
- Previous experience in a credit union or wealth management program is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Strong passion to help members with their wealth management needs.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and follow-through skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work well independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Symitar, industry related applications and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Understanding of product positioning and competitive conditions.
- Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.

Pay Grade Info:
The base pay range for this position is: $23-$29/hourly.
