We invite Junior Java Developer to join the VeliPayments team within the Turnkey.
Payments is our all-in-one gateway built for speed, simplicity, and security. Battle-tested on real gaming floors, it brings multiple methods into one flow — no friction, just fast & trusted transactions that keep the game moving.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain backend payment integrations using Java and/or Kotlin.
  • Implement features according to technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following team standards.
  • Fix bugs and participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Write unit and basic integration tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and apply feedback from senior developers.
  • Follow established development processes (Git workflow, CI/CD basics).
  • Maintain documentation for implemented features.
  • Work in a team focused on delivering results and writing clean code.
  • Attend regular team meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on completed work.
Skills and experience you will need:
  • 6-month commercial experience or an intership.
  • Java(8-21), Spring Framework, Kotlin (nice to have).
  • REST, GRPC(nice to have).
  • SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Hibernate / JPA, Maven.
  • Git(BitBucket).
  • JUnit / Mockito.
  • CI/CD(Jenkins).
  • Microservices architecture (basic understanding).
  • Intermediate English level
