Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and their families warmly and professionally upon arrival

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

- Collect and process payments, insurance information, and co-pays

- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role in a dental setting

-Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency with dental or medical office management software and basic computer skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Positive attitude, patience, and a caring demeanor

Salary Information

$18 - $22 Hourly Wage
