Job Description
Jersey Mikes Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew
member and shift leaders with the backing of our management team; who will do
so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the
perfect sub with a smile. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented
person, then this job is for you!
Basic Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Work well with a team of crew members
Capability to learn skills quickly
Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
Has the ability to lead
Thrive in the Jersey Mikes process
We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further.
Crew Members will start at $15 and be part of the tip pool. (tips can be $2-$3 an
hour above wage depending on store). Compensation is based on experience.
Please keep in mind that we are also aware of our market/competition and are
respectively leading the area. We are also a growing network looking to have
people grow with us into manager and assistant manager roles.
