Role Description

A Juice Production Associate plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of a beverage bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. With strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, they contribute to the success and reputation of the establishment.

The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Because we are a small team, we all wear many hats and are happy to roll up our sleeves and lend a hand whenever needed. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the beverage bar operation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service.
Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional customer service.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Proactively engage with customers to promote special offers, new products, or promotions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to coordinate food and beverage service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
Participate in the development and updating of beverage menus
Handle situations such as customer complaints, staffing issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
Implement contingency plans as needed to maintain smooth operation during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or beverage service environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly as they apply to food and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $18.00 USD per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
