Position Title: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Targeting April 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a high-volume retail pharmacy in the Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, solutions-oriented pharmacist with strong leadership and retail operations experience. The PIC will oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations in a high-volume environment
Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff
Act as a problem solver for operational, workflow, and staffing challenges
Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing practices
Maintain strong operational standards and accountability
Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Pharmacist license (Arizona)
Retail pharmacy experience required
Prior managerial or leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

Registered Pharmacist acceptable/ PharmD preferred
Knowledge of 340B programs
Experience managing high prescription volume

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000
