Job Description
Responsibilities
This position will organize, manage, and direct the daily operations of our healthcare campuses including work requests and projects within the facilities. In addition, this position will provide customer coordination, project estimation, and scheduling work to accomplish completion, by both in-house and contractor personnel, all in a safe, cost effective, and customer-friendly manner. Reporting of work order completion, P.M.'s and project status is required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide direction, guidance, and overall management to insure operational integrity, financial viability, physical safety, and institutional compliance of all Norton Healthcare facilities. Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and report progress.
- Maintain a participative, teamwork oriented environment including recognition programs to acknowledge abilities, development, and achievement of the entire staff, training programs to insure a culture of learning and growth, and communication to insure a continuous 2-way flow of information.
- Develop and monitor expense accounts, maintenance records, and capital replacement plans to insure the operational integrity of Norton Healthcare Facilities.
- Develop, monitor and track the effectiveness of Customer Service to patients, visitors, and fellow employees. Establish and maintain communication with all levels of Administration and employees.
Qualifications
Required:
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Three years leadership in facility management
- Without a Bachelor's Degree: Seven years leadership in facility management
