What You’ll Do
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech & language disorders
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient
Use evidence-based therapy techniques to support communication goals
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams
Track progress and celebrate wins—big and small!
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure/certification
Strong understanding of speech-related anatomy & physiology
Experience in Nursing Homes or Assisted Living (preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology & early intervention strategies
Compassionate communicator and team player
