Were seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Team Leader to guide and support a team of mental health professionals at our site. In this role, youll balance leadership, supervision, and direct service, ensuring that individuals served receive exceptional care while your team thrives in their work.

What Youll Do

Provide clinical and administrative supervision, direction, and support to a team of mental health professionals Oversee the development and review of individualized treatment plans, treatment progress reviews, and behavior modification plans Deliver direct services such as individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention when needed Ensure documentation and service delivery meet contractual, legal, and accreditation requirements Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing development of assigned team members

Education

Masters degree in a mental healthrelated field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology) required

Experience

Two (2) years of experience preferred Supervisory experience in a mental health setting or demonstrated leadership and organizational skills preferred

Licenses/Certifications

Licensed or license-eligible in appropriate discipline, with supervisory credentials as required by law (required)
