We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and manage HVAC Service Technicians to achieve performance goals in revenue, productivity, close rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on field coaching, technical guidance, and customer service training to continuously elevate team capability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top technical talent to support branch growth and service demand.

Operational Execution

  • Partner with dispatch to align technician strengths with service calls, ensuring efficient scheduling and coverage.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and lead team meetings and huddles to drive accountability and results.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and field visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and strong employee engagement.

Business & Process Management

  • Oversee operational workflows including ticket review, payroll coordination, inventory management, and field support.
  • Collaborate with Branch Leadership to implement business strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and brand trust.

Performance & Compliance

  • Track and manage performance metrics to optimize technician productivity and branch profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local/state compliance requirements.


What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 3+ years of HVAC lead, supervisory, or management experience in a residential HVAC service environment.
  • Proven track record in team development, operational leadership, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Experience using field service management platforms (ServiceTitan preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, reporting tools).
