Automotive Service Advisor – Dykstra's Auto - Hudsonville

Hours: M-F: 7:30AM-5:30PM EST

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience
- Write service recommendations & manage repair orders
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
- Source parts, manage inventory & maintain workflow
- Follow up with customers and support sales execution
- Use workflow software, invoicing tools & Microsoft applications
