About this position
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a detail oriented, critical thinker with excellent communication skills and experience in Quickbooks Online as well as Reconciliation and Bookkeeping Services to join our team of Brand Promise Advocates. This is a part-time, non-exempt role. You will have an impactful role in ensuring eAssist is Delivering Peace Of Mind while performing Brand Promise Checkups for Dental Accounting Services.
INITIAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Brand Promise Check-ups for newly launched offices and current offices.
- Provide support and guidance to all Success Consultant to ensure that we are delivering our Brand Promises to our customers.
- Attend BPA team meetings as needed.
POTENTIAL FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help create and Host webinars to aid in the understanding of DA Brand Promises and present key steps to ensure brand promises are met.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years with eAssist
- Must have 3 hours per week to dedicate to this role
- Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online
- Must have an excellent track record of client satisfaction and performance, maintaining a 10 on BPCU’s for current offices.

- Ability to navigate the HUB
- Ability to coach and mentor eAssisters
- Experience with and Understanding of ALL DA services (Bookkeeping & Reconciliation)
- Some experience with PowerPoint/Webinar presentation/Spreadsheets

COMPENSATION:
This will be an non-exempt part-time W2 position. Monthly compensation of $300 paid on the 25th of each month based on meeting Stewardship.
